Just Fore Fun

Our home (Just Fore Fun) is located on the tee box of the 17th hole of the Crooked Oak golf course (designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr.) and an easy half mile walk to the beach.   This fabulous home offers a one of a kind floor plan within the Hidden Oak community and is a bright, airy, spacious environment for your family and friends to gather and enjoy each other. Dogs under 70 pounds are welcome for an extra cleaning fee.  Please see the Rooms and Amenities section of our website for a map of the house as well as individual room pictures and details.

The first floor features an over-sized kitchen with all of the appliances you would expect at home including: stainless double wall ovens, gas downdraft cooktop, large refrigerator, and beverage cooler.  Whether you are cooking a bagel for breakfast or a gourmet meal for 14,  we have you covered.  The large dining room table seats 12 comfortably  with counter seating for an additional seven; or use the drop leaf table and bench to add even more seating options.  The large sectional in the living room is a great place to kick back and relax while watching the 65 inch TV with Amazon Firestick for content options.  Ask Alexa to play your favorite music on our top of the line Bose sound-bar (this baby kicks!). The built-ins to the right of the fireplace contain games and activities for all ages.

Also on the first floor is the master bedroom suite with attached sunroom which is a great place to relax and enjoy the view.  The couch in the sunroom pulls out to a queen sized bed perfect for keeping little ones close (this sleeper is not included as part of the overall sleeping count).  The master bedroom includes a large double sink vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and walk-in closet where you will find plush robes and spare linens (also included are beach towels for 16).  All of the bathrooms throughout the house feature salon quality (R+Co) shampoo and conditioner for your use during your stay.

Off of the master suite you will find the laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer (laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your entire stay included).  Also included is a full sized ironing board and iron as well as a cordless vacuum with additional battery for cleaning up those small messes.

While on the first floor, step out onto the large rear deck overlooking the 17th tee box of the Crooked Oak golf course.  Enjoy an adult beverage while relaxing on our large outdoor sectional and watch the golfers go by (no heckling please this is not the 16th hole in Scottsdale!).  Notice the large four burner Weber grill and the outdoor table with seating for 8.  Perfect for cooking up that big meal!

Head upstairs and you'll find 4 bedrooms all wit king size beds and a large family room over the garage (FROG) which includes three trundle beds.  All bedrooms feature their own full bathroom (one of the bathrooms is smaller than normal - not meant for that future NBA star).  The FROG can be configured to accommodate three twins, six twins or three king beds and includes a TV with Amazon Firestick and Nintendo Wii with several family friendly games.  All rooms are stocked with extra  linens, plush towels and salon quality products (same as master).  All except the FROG include luxury robes for use during your stay.

For our smallest guests you'll find a pack n play; audio monitor and counter chair located in the FROG and small child friendly dishes in the kitchen.

In the garage you will find an additional small refrigerator, beach chairs for 12, a 7ft beach umbrella, cooler, beach toys, and a beach buggy for your short walk (or drive) to the beach.  To make your beach time more enjoyable we have included beach towels in the garage and the customized insulated tumblers can be found in the kitchen (perfect for keeping those frozen drinks frozen while watching the dolphins swim by!).  You will also find various balls to be used at the Lake House facility (Basketball, volleyball and soccer ball) as well as pickleball paddles and balls.  When returning from the beach, the outdoor shower is the perfect place to rinse off.

Also available:  New August 2023 we have purchased a new golf cart. The U.S.S. Just Fore Fun II.  Our new six passenger golf cart is available for rent for $125/day or $700/week.  This is a fantastic way to get around the island without filling your car full  of beach sand.

Also located on the island proper are Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina. Freshfields Village is a unique town center mix of shopping, dining and service establishments in a stylish and relaxed outdoor environment between Seabrook Island and neighboring Kiawah Island. Bohicket Marina is home to 200 wet slips, 90 dry storage slips (rentals available) and a quaint market with wonderful restaurants and shops.

NEW FOR 2023 RESERVATIONS

Effective immediately there will be a 5% fee for any reservation cancelled to cover our card processing costs.  Unfortunately, we have had too many people book then cancel a couple days later which costs us a lot of money.

Effective for all rentals after January 1st 2023 the Town of Seabrook Island is collecting from homeowners a $40/car fee. This fee will be determined/paid directly to the owner the week before you arrive.  The first two cars are free with a maximum of 5 gate passes issued per reservation.
